FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is a beginner's class expectation?

In your first classes you'll learn basic stances, movements, and etiquette at a relaxed, welcoming pace. Our instructors guide you step by step, so no prior experience is needed — just come ready to learn and have fun.

How can I prepare for my first martial arts class?

Wear comfortable workout clothing, bring a water bottle, and arrive a few minutes early. Most importantly, come with an open mind and a positive attitude — we take care of the rest.

Is Martial Arts dangerous?

When taught properly, martial arts is very safe. Our classes are closely supervised, technique is introduced gradually, and student safety is always our first priority.

What should I wear to class?

For your first class, comfortable athletic clothing is perfect. Once enrolled, students train in a uniform (gi), which is included with our intro web special.

Can Martial Arts cause injury?

As with any physical activity there is some risk, but injuries are rare. We emphasize proper warm-ups, control, and good technique to keep every student safe.

How often should I attend classes to see progress?

Most students train 2–3 times per week and see steady progress. Consistency matters more than intensity — regular attendance builds skill and confidence over time.

We're More Than Just a Training Facility
